The GHA does not take online applications at this time. Application may be filled out at the GHA administrative offices located at 315 Foundry Road, Greenwood or printed from (here) and mailed to the Greenwood Housing Authority, PO Box 973, Greenwood, SC 29648.

Applicants must be income eligible in order to receive housing assistance. Income limits are set by HUD each year and rents are based on 30% of annual income. Various background checks are also required before assistance is approved. You may see specific policies for eligibility and waiting list management in the GHA’s ACOP.
